Full Refund — Within 14 Days.
If you are not satisfied with the generated tribute for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase, no questions asked.
After 14 Days.
Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate delivery of generated content, refund requests submitted more than fourteen (14) calendar days after purchase will not be accepted.
Pay-in-Advance and Automatic Generation.
The fee for a collection may be paid before the tribute is generated. The tribute is then generated later — either when the organizer finalizes the collection, or automatically at a deadline the organizer has set. The fourteen (14) calendar-day refund window above runs from the date of purchase. If you pay in advance and have not yet finalized or had the tribute auto-generated, and you decide you no longer want it, contact us within that window and we will refund you. Once the tribute has been generated and delivered (whether by your finalizing it or by automatic generation at the deadline), it is treated as delivered digital content for the purposes of the “After 14 Days” limitation above and the EU/EEA/UK withdrawal waiver described in our Terms of Service.
Paddle Merchant of Record.
All payment transactions and billing are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. The final processing of all refunds is handled by Paddle and is subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include:
- The email address used at checkout; and
- The order number provided by Paddle in your purchase confirmation email.
We will review your request and respond within three (3) business days.
